End of Term 2 Update

What a year we are having so far, I think everyone is craving normality and better weather right! 

Updated Opening Hours 

As of 26th October 2022, our new hours will be:

Thursday 2.30 - 4.30pm 

Friday 10am – 1pm 

Saturday 10am – 1pm 

We will also be opening for browsing the toys from next week 🥳. The Click and Collect service will still be available as it always has been. 

Playgroup 

Playgroup returns to Fridays starting on the first Friday of Term 3 (29.07.2022) 🥳. Come along and have a cuppa and a chat while your wee ones play, we have some exciting activities to celebrate the return of playgroup. 

Playgroup runs every Friday 10am – 12pm, gold coin donation (starting Term 3). 

Watch This Space... 

We are working hard to organise a Toy Sale to make room for new toys to be added to the library! Keep your eyes peeled for new and exciting toys to hire in the coming months. We will advertise the Toy Sale so look out for that too! 

Returning Toys 

Please do not return toys outside of our open hours. If you need to return toys urgently and we are not open please contact our Te Puke Toy Library President on 0276200889 

With the high level of illness in our community at the moment, please remember to stay home if you are unwell.

Term 1 Newsletter

Kia Ora Koutou!

How is everyone coping in these strange times? Hopefully you are all holding up ok. 

We have had a change of hours, we are no longer open on a Wednesday for the time being.

All other days and times remain the same: Thursdays 2.30pm - 4.30pm, Fridays 10am - 1pm and Saturdays 10am - 1pm 

However this SATURDAY 19TH MARCH 2022 IS CLOSED.

All sessions are Click and Collect, please use our online booking system to book your toys on our website: https://tepuketl.mibase.co.nz/home/toys.php

We are still operating our quarantine process for all returned toys, please bring returns around the back and into the silver shed. The toys will quarantine for 3 days minimum and then be cleaned ready for the next family to borrow.

 
Our lawns just keep on growing!! So we are on the look out for any volunteers who may be able to assist with occasional lawn mows.
Our usual service providers are unable to assist due to Covid reductions.... Our committee just love volunteering, but any extra help is always greatly appreciated from our amazing community. If you can help please get in touch.

Online Booking System

We have been having a few hiccups with our online booking system, we are aware and are working hard to iron these out. Please get in touch with us if you experience any difficulties booking your toys. 

 

Hope all the little people are happy and we cant wait to see all their smiling faces again soon!

Te Puke Toy Library

Welcome Back!

Merry Christmas 🌲 and Happy New Year 🎉
 
The Te Puke Toy Library is back in action!
Our opening hours are as follows:
Wednesdays 10am – 1pm -- TEMPORARY CLOSED
Thursdays 2.30pm – 4.30pm
Fridays 10am – 1pm
Saturdays 10am – 1pm
 
At this stage with the Red Light Covid restrictions we are operating as a Click and Collect service with contactless pickup only. Please book your toys on our website using Click and Collect, at time of toy pickup please come around the back of our building onto the deck and you will see a shelf with instructions to find your name tag, collect your toys and please pay any money owing via internet banking into our Te Puke Toy Library bank account 38 9014 0266994 00.
 
We are still implementing our Covid 19 safety protocols, these include wearing your mask, signing in, sanitising and staying home if you or your whanau are unwell. We are still quarantining toy returns, If you have toys to return please bring them into the quarantine shed around the back of the building during our open hours.
 
Unfortunately Playgroup is still cancelled with the Red Light Covid Restrictions. We hope to be back up and running Playgroup soon though!
